Heavy-duty Double-roll Crusher
The crusher adopts both shearing and tensile crushing principles, with double motors driving the rollers slowly through a hard-tooth-surface gear reducer, ensuring stable operation, low noise, and minimal over-crushing. The roller gap can be adjusted manually or electrically via a hydraulic system, and a check-back device keeps the gap constant for uniform discharge granularity. Controlled by PLC, the crusher enables fully automated crushing, feeding, and discharging processes. Its modular design allows reducers and gear plates to be swapped between rollers, improving equipment compatibility, while the centralized lubrication system with positive-pressure grease sealing reduces labor intensity and enhances bearing reliability.
