Li Taiyou founded Tianjin Meiteng Technology Co., Ltd. in January 2015 and has since served as Chairman of the Board. A Design Master of China’s coal industry and a Professor-level Senior Engineer, he has been instrumental in driving Meiteng’s growth into a leading force in intelligent dry separation technology.

Before establishing Meiteng, Mr. Li held senior management roles at Dadi Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd., including Vice President, Deputy General Manager of the Tianjin Branch, and Director of the Coal Preparation Design Institute. Earlier, he worked as Chief Engineer at Schenck (Tianjin) Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and as an engineer at the Coal Preparation Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Coal Industry.

Mr. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology and an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He has received multiple honors, including the State Council Special Government Allowance and Tianjin’s “111” Excellent Entrepreneur Award.

Zhang Shuqiang, co-founder and Vice Chairman of Meiteng Technology, is a Professor-level Senior Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology. Mr. Zhang has extensive expertise in coal processing technology and industrial innovation. He has contributed to drafting industry standards and has received multiple awards, including the China Energy Research Society Innovation Award (First and Third Prizes) and the China National Coal Industry Science and Technology Award (Second Prize). Before founding Meiteng, he served as Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager at the Tianjin Branch of Dadi Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd.

Liang Xingguo, co-founder of Meiteng Technology, serves as President and Director. A Professor-level Senior Engineer, he oversees the company’s technology R&D and production operations.

He has led the development of over 20 innovative products, including the TDS (XRT) Intelligent Dry Sorter, TGS Intelligent Teetered-bed Dry Separator, and the MDS Fine Particle Dry Separator. His research achievements have earned him the First and Third Prizes of the China Energy Research Society Innovation Award and the Second Prize of the China National Coal Industry Science and Technology Award.

Before co-founding Meiteng, Mr. Liang was Deputy Director of the Coal Preparation Design Institute at Dadi Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd. He holds over 30 years of experience in coal processing and intelligent equipment design.

Liu Chun, a Senior Engineer and early member of Meiteng’s founding team, has played a key role in the company’s technological and operational development since 2015.

He previously worked at Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group and Dadi Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd. Tianjin Branch. At Meiteng, he has led various departments, including the Smart Factory R&D Department and the Mining Technology Research Institute, and currently serves as Vice President and Director.

Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor’s degree from China University of Mining and Technology and has over 15 years of experience in intelligent mining and process optimization.

Gu Yan serves as Director of Meiteng Technology and brings extensive experience in financial management and corporate operations. Since 2011, he has been with Dadi Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd., a major shareholder of Meiteng, where he currently serves as Head of the Finance Department of its Tianjin Branch.

He has held positions including Accountant, Deputy Manager, and Deputy Director, and has been a member of Meiteng’s Board since March 2020.

Kang Peng holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

He has extensive experience in the banking industry, having served as President of Industrial Bank’s Harbin and Zhengzhou Branches, Deputy President of the Tianjin Branch, and Deputy Director at the Bank of China Tianjin Branch. Mr. Kang currently serves as an Independent Director of Meiteng Technology.

He Yongjun is a Professor-level Senior Engineer with expertise in industrial investment and corporate management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University and a Doctorate from Tianjin University.

Mr. He has held senior roles across multiple technology and investment enterprises and serves as an independent director for several listed and innovation-driven companies. He currently contributes to Meiteng Technology’s strategic development as an Independent Director.

Xing Yuegai is a Senior Accountant with an MBA and extensive experience in corporate finance and auditing. She has served as Director, CFO, and Board Secretary for several listed companies, including Tianjin Green Landscape Ecological Construction Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Yiming Environmental Co., Ltd.

She joined Meiteng Technology in July 2024 as an Independent Director, focusing on financial oversight and governance.

Li Li joined Meiteng Technology in March 2015, shortly after its founding, and currently serves as Employee Representative Director.

She has held multiple positions in the Human Resources Department, including HR Assistant, Deputy Manager, and HR Manager. From 2019 to 2025, she also served as Employee Supervisor. Ms. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree and is responsible for personnel administration and employee relations within the company.

Chen Guigang, a Senior Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the coal industry, joined Meiteng Technology in 2019 and currently serves as Vice President, responsible for overseas business development.

Prior to joining Meiteng, Mr. Chen held senior positions at China Shenhua Group, including Chief Engineer at the Shenhua Shendong Coal Washing & Processing Center and Senior Manager of Coal Preparation at Shenhua Australia Holdings Pty Ltd.

Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and brings extensive expertise in coal preparation, plant operations, and international project management.

Wang Yuanwei, a Senior Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience, joined Meiteng Technology in 2018 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining Meiteng, he worked as Financial Director at Yongmeng Machinery Co., Ltd. At Meiteng, Mr. Wang led the financial compliance and standardization efforts that paved the way for the company’s successful IPO. He continues to oversee the Group’s financial management and system optimization.

Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is recognized for his leadership in corporate financial governance.

Chen Yushuo holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tianjin University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nankai University. He joined Meiteng Technology in April 2019 and currently serves as Board Secretary.

Mr. Chen was instrumental in leading Meiteng’s IPO process, successfully assisting the company’s listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market at the end of 2022. He now oversees corporate governance, securities affairs, and investment management.

Before joining Meiteng, he held management positions at CNOOC Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zhonghao Sunshine New Energy Investment Co., Ltd.
