The Tunbao Coal Mine of Xinjiang Energy Company utilizes the TGS® Intelligent Gradient-Fluidization Dry Separator to replace its original shallow-bath dense medium separation system. This upgrade lowers the separation particle-size limit from 13 mm to 3 mm. The fully dry separation process achieves a higher gangue discharge capacity and produces product coal with increased calorific value, delivering greater overall value to the owner.
