How It Works

 

The Banana Dewatering & Draining Screen can be divided into three functional sections:

–  Correct medium sieve bend section:

This section combines a sieve bend with a linear vibrating screen. The centrifugal force generated by the sieve bend works together with the screen’s vibration, increasing the normal force acting on the screen surface and accelerating medium drainage. The high vibration intensity also prevents screen aperture blockage, allowing the medium to quickly penetrate the material bed for efficient separation.

–  Turbulent-flow draining section:

At the discharge end of the sieve bend, the material falls freely while rear spray nozzles rinse away residual medium. Meanwhile, front spray nozzles and specially designed concave grooves generate turbulent flow, providing more effective cleaning and promoting efficient medium recovery.

–  Dilute medium linear screen section:

The inclined linear screen surface (+5° to +10°) accelerates material movement, enabling rapid drainage of the dilute medium. As the material reaches the horizontal discharge section, its velocity decreases, extending the drainage time and ensuring more complete removal of excess moisture.
