The drainage plate is used to replace the traditional filter plate, eliminating the need for filter plate frames. Three sets of polyurethane materials are used to seal the filter bag, forming a feeding cavity. The filter bag alternates with drainage plates in the sequence: drainage plate + filter bag + drainage plate + filter bag + drainage plate…, creating a layered structure.
The ultra-high pressure filter press uses a custom-made DL fabric from Meiteng and Meibang, which has a fracture strength five times greater than that of traditional fabrics when subjected to transverse tension. The R&D team built a complete digital modeling and testing system for stress distribution. Based on this, they developed a specialized weaving and jointing process for the filter bag using fine thread technology, and successfully completed over 16,000 cycles of durability testing, ensuring the reliability of the filter bags.
